Cary R. Singletary is a full time
mediator and arbitrator in matters concerning business disputes, employment
discrimination, employment disputes, labor-management disputes, private
employment contracts, class actions, and tort claims (including personal injury,
wrongful death, and medical malpractice).
He has served as a Distinguished Professorial Lecturer and Director of the
Center for Dispute Resolution at Stetson College of Law where he taught
Alternative Dispute Resolution, Collective Bargaining and Labor Arbitration. He
regularly serves as a Primary Trainer in the Florida Supreme Court Certified
Circuit Civil Mediator Training and is Lead Trainer for the Florida Dispute
Resolution Center's Supreme Court Arbitration Training for Court-Appointed
Arbitrators. His extensive arbitration and mediation experience in federal and
state court cases enables him to understand the challenges facing attorneys. He
brings to each dispute his experience, training and personal commitment to hard
work, which has resulted in the successful resolution of thousands of cases
throughout Florida.
